At Golfaholics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please review our returns policy below for details on how to return new or used golf balls, caps, gloves, clubs, and clothing purchased through our website, eBay, Facebook, or TikTok.

1. Return Window

  • New Items: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Used Items: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery (due to the nature of used products).
  • Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • New Items: Must be unused, in original packaging (if applicable), and in the same condition as when shipped.
  • Used Items (e.g., golf balls, clubs): Must be in the same condition as described in the listing and not further worn or damaged beyond their initial state.
  • Clothing (caps, gloves, etc.): Must be unworn, unwashed, and include original tags (if applicable).
  • We cannot accept returns on items damaged by the customer, altered, or not in their original condition. Our stock is sourced from a wide variety of courses and suppliers and processed in large volumes. We grade conservatively, so you will often receive balls in better condition than the stated grade suggests. However, we cannot guarantee that individual balls will be free from logos, personalisation, or text added by previous owners, and the presence of such markings does not constitute a fault or grounds for return.

3. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@golfaholics.co.uk or message us through the platform where the purchase was made (eBay, Facebook, TikTok, or our website) within the return window. Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return.
  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a return address.
  3. Ship It Back: Pack the item securely and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped (see below).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3 to 5 business days) we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives defective, damaged, or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll provide a prepaid return label and either replace the item (if available) or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalised items (e.g., monogrammed clubs or clothing).
Items marked as “final sale” in the listing.
Used clothing or gloves that have been worn beyond trying on.

7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour (e.g., clothing or gloves), subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange within the return window.
8. Platform-Specific Notes

eBay: Returns follow this policy unless otherwise stated in the listing. Please initiate returns through eBay’s return system.
Facebook/TikTok: Contact us directly, as these platforms may not have built in return tools.
Website: Use our contact form or email to start the process.
